Our Producers

The farm estate in Monte Santo de Minas (900 to 1100 masl) covers 1,976 hectares in between the Cerrado and Atlantic Forest biomes. Exhibitors 2025 — Bristol Coffee FestivalAs growers, we specialise in alternative fermentation processes that are new to Colombia. On our farm and in our Processing Centre La Pradera, the most exotic varieties are processed achieving unique profiles that are unknown for Colombian coffees.

Cofinet also represents and supports a large number of Colombian Specialty coffee growers. Our aim is to encourage direct relationships between our farmers at origin and roasters around the world. We pride ourselves on creating sustainable, ethical and long-term relationships

We have established a strong relationship with a group of high-quality associations from Peru, who share our sustainability and traceability values. These associations work with farmers whose love and commitment to coffee are reflected in every single lot they produce. We must say that we have been stunned by the cup potential of Peruvian coffees.Sustainability – The Milk Shed Coffee RoastersMost producers around the world earn low, volatile prices for their coffee. Meanwhile, at the other end of the chain, it is the greatest time to be involved in the coffee business. This paradox represents a huge opportunity to change the world.
This is one of the few crises in the world where the solution can be direct and self-sustained.
With the right investments and effort, the demand for high-quality coffee can be
supplied by those who will benefit most; in the long term.

Import Partners – Cuppers Choice

Osito was founded in 2018 by José Jadir Losada and Kyle Bellinger. Their goal was to create resilient supply chains between coffee producers in Huila, Colombia, and roasters in the United States. The hope was to make those supply chains as short, transparent, and equitable as possible while producing specialty coffee.

Karst Organics – Green Coffee CollectiveWe spend 6 months of the year in Timor-Leste and the entirety of the harvest in the mountains of Letefoho, working alongside our partner farmers across 144 households. This investment of time has helped us to better understand their communities, their language, their culture and their expectations. Ultimately, this makes our mutual needs more transparent and allows us to be better partners.

Working in direct partnership with producers within their coffee forests and households has helped us to organically foster a mutual trust and respect for one another. We overcome challenges together and respond to needs as they arise, offering support where necessary. To date, this has included direct investment into their infrastructure at farm level and training opportunities focussing on processing speciality coffee as well as giving an extra pair of hands to lift, carry, pick, sort, pulp, wash and dry coffee when needed.

Since our inception, we’ve focused on developing long term mutually respectful and beneficial relationships, working with the same producer and export partners since our first coffees landed in the UK in 2017. As we’ve expanded the origins we source from, Christian and Shirani continue to work on a personal level with every origin partners, with regular time spent at coffee farms and processing facilities during the harvest season, to fully appreciate and understand the context in which they are operating in.
